Practice Overview

• You’ll join a collegial group in a hospital-based or specialty clinic with access to cardiology, psych, ortho, and other subspecialties
• Outpatient-only practice with no hospital responsibilities or call
• Average of 20-24 patients per day once fully ramped
• Full Epic EMR and a dedicated support team ensure efficient daily flow

Schedule

• Monday-Friday schedule with flexible options for 4 or 4.5 days per week
• No nights, weekends, holidays, or inpatient coverage
• Full-time focus preferred, with strong administrative support to manage volume
• Hospitalist team covers all inpatient responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $300,000 with production incentives
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• CME allowance of up to $3,000 annually and 401(k) with 4% match after one year
