Hospital Medicine Physician (Nocturnist)

We are hiring for a Hospitalist and a  Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 6 physicians at Community Hospital of San Bernardino.
• Work alongside specialized team members.
• Work PRN at the sister hospital – St. Bernardine Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.

Scheduling:

• Shifts are scheduled from7 AM – 7 PM and 7 PM – 7 AM.
• Full-time is 180 shifts for the year and follow a 7-on, 7-off rotation.
• Flexible scheduling is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• No procedural requirements.
• Admissions and cross-coverage are the main responsibilities.
• Open ICU with specialty support.

Compensation:

• The annual salary range is $260,100 to $333,000.
