Otolaryngologist (ENT) – High-Growth Hospital-Employed Opportunity

Bradley Medical Center| Vitruvian Health and Bradley Physician Services (BPS) are recruiting an Otolaryngologist for Bradley Medical Center.

We offer a highly supportive environment for new graduates looking to establish their reputation and clinical footprint quickly.

The Opportunity:

1. Join an ENT Practice in a growing community with a strong support staff.
2. Practice out of 4 modern exam rooms and a dedicated procedure room; utilize 4 ORs and a streamlined ASC for outpatient cases.
3. Enjoy a four-and-a-half-day work week (Friday afternoons off) and a manageable 1:3 call rotation (10 days/month).
4. Focus on high-impact procedures including septoplasty, tonsillectomy, and endoscopic sinus surgeries.
5. 1:1 or 2:1 MA support (scaled to your volume), plus LPN and front-office staff.
6. Fully Integrated EPIC EMR
