  Dr. Chinyere Nebo, Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of SameCare Health Services, is a doctoral-prepared Family Nurse Practitioner, a board-certified HIV specialist, and a PrEP/PEP Champion. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Bachelor's degree from Lehman College, CUNY, and her Master's in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical School.
  
  Dr. Nebo has over ten years of experience in primary care, conducting comprehensive annual physical exams, pre-employment assessments, and managing acute and chronic diseases such as hypertension, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, vaccines, medication refills, and more. As an HIV specialist, she diagnoses and manages HIV/AIDS. In her role as a PrEP champion, Dr. Nebo offers PrEP/PEP for HIV prevention.
  
  
  
  Previously, Dr. Nebo worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Queens, New York City, providing exceptional primary care services to teens and adults. She completed physical assessments, diagnosed and treated both chronic and acute diseases, updated patients' vaccines, and referred them to specialty care as needed. She was also the lead provider for the FQHC's HIV and PrEP/PEP services.
