  • Having retired from clinical Cardiology, I now share a clinically proven weight loss and wellness program that empowers people to lose weight and improve their overall health. I also work with colleagues who want to lose weight themselves and help their patients do the same thereby reducing chronic disease burden and address the rising epidemic of overweight and obesity in the United States.
    I am the Chief Medical Advisor for the NFL Alumni Association, helping their alumni lose weight, learn healthier habits and improve their health and well-being.
