• LCDR James Hegarty, MC USN is the Senior Medical Officer at the Naval Health Clinic in Groton, CT. Dr. Hegarty is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Additionally, he is currently the Department Head for Behavioral Health, Traumatic Brain Injury and Substance Abuse Programs at the Naval Health Clinic in Groton.
