Summary

  • I am currently a resident physician in ophthalmology at the Columbia University Medical Center in New York City. I completed my preliminary medicine year at Mt. Sinai St. Luke’s-Mt. Sinai West Hospital in New York City as well. I earned my MD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where I was also selected for the NIH Pre-doctoral Clinical Research (TL1) Program.

My research focuses on telemedicine, the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City, and ophthalmologic imaging technology.

I am passionate about public health and narrative writing, and have strong experience in both areas.
