Summary

After completing an internal medicine residency, Abbas Ali, MD, advanced his education to expand into the fields of Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care, and Sleep Disorders. Dr. Ali is board certified in all of these fields to ensure that his patients receive the highest standard of care possible.

In addition, Dr. Ali has advanced certification in specialty procedures including Fiberoptic bronchoscopy, pleural biopsy and the technical aspects of pulmonary function, cardiopulmonary exercise testing and Polysomnogram.

Dr. Ali received his medical degree from Dow University of Medical Sciences Pakistan. He then completed his Internal Medicine residency and a Pulmonary Critical Care fellowship both at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital in New York and an additional Sleep Disorders fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospital in Illinois.
