  • Adilia Hormigo, MD, PhD, is Leader, Neuro-Oncology Program, Co-Leader, Neuro-Oncology Multidisciplinary Disease Team at Montefiore Einstein Cancer Center and Professor, Hematology-Oncology, Neurosurgery, and Microbiology & Immunology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Hormigo’s translational research focuses on new strategies in cancer immunology, including personalized treatment for patients with malignant brain tumors, understanding and overcoming the tumor microenvironment resistance to treatment and defining biomarkers of treatment response. She has been a primary investigator of innovative clinical trials. Her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals.
