Summary
- February 11, 2017 I started my own Health Coaching practice to assist others to Optimal Health (Healthy Body, Healthy Mindset and Healthy Finances) and as a result I was able to retire from Internal Medicine on June 30, 2020 at the age of 53.
Over the past 5 years, I have seen so many people improve their overall physical health, disease processes and relationships. It has been so rewarding and I look forward to continuing to assist others to a Healthier Lifestyle.
