Dr. Mango has published in major scientific journals and has authored multiple textbook chapters. He is actively involved in scientific research projects. His prior research interests include robotic ocular surgery and evaluation of electronic advances in the field of retina.
Dr. Mango has been a lecturer at national and international meetings. He has participated as a principal investigator and co-investigator in multiple clinical trials. He contributes as a reviewer to major scientific journals and continues to serve on the editorial board for the official journal of the American Society of Retina Specialists.
