- Retired after 35 year primary care internal medicine practice , and 40 year career at Harvard Vanguard, Atrius Health, including work as anticoagulation specialist for 20 years, quality design and improvement specialist. I continue to teach first year medical students at Harvard and consult in the new field of lifestyle medicine for prevention and treatment of chronic disease.
