Dr. Gorelick has published more than 215 papers in peer-reviewed medical journals and 65 book chapters and has designed and conducted numerous phase I and II clinical trials related to addiction and its treatment. His work focuses on treatment of substance use disorders and their comorbidity with other psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia. A current interest is the public health implications of cannabis legalization
