I am ABIM certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Hospice & Palliative Medicine; I am also certified by the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Medicine and a Fellow of that organization. I am a Senior Fellow of the Society of Hospital Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. I specialize in the management of complex acute and chronic disease. I have also been an informaticist for the past 35 years studying large data bases. I hold a Master in Public Health focused on Health Services and Decision Theory. I maintain active research and teaching responsibilities
