He specializes in advanced hernia surgery, bariatric surgery, and minimally invasive surgery and is experienced in minimally invasive surgery, bariatric surgery, and general/gastrointestinal surgery. Dr. Mikami has performed over 3000 hernia repairs and 1500 bariatric procedures.
