  • I am a board certified rheumatology specializing in systemic autoimmune diseases, especially systemic lupus and Sjogren's disease. I am dedicated to patient education, educating patient advocacy groups, and empowering them to take better care of themselves. I enjoy teaching doctors how to better care for patients with systemic lupus and Sjogren's. I wrote a patient education book (also for health care providers) called The Lupus Encyclopedia
