Summary

• Having the inclination to become a Physician from a young age is not uncommon for many Physicians; however, it wasn't until after her Father's passing & recognizing the poor care he received that it became Dr. Kaur's mission to ensure that does not happen to others.
  
  She is passionate about her work & aims to provide the highest quality of (evidence-based) care to her patients based on their individual needs, preferences and culture.
  
  Over the last several years, this has consisted of traditional in-person Primary Care as well as virtual care.
  
  Delivering virtual care is often seen as "rushed" & incomplete medicine, which is wholly untrue if it is done well. This means not only using medical knowledge for decision-making, but also to ensure that, despite it being through a virtual platform, Dr. Kaur is able to connect with her patients, gain their trust & be a source of solace & comfort in their time of need.
  
  While still young in her career, she has been afforded & engaged in many opportunities that have allowed her to grow both professionally and personally.
  
  She looks forward to continuing her passion for personalized care & making impactful contributions to our communities' health; whether that is via traditional or innovative routes.
