  • Over 30 years in the biotechnology/pharma/diagnostic/research industry with diverse experience at initiating, coordinating and driving multidisciplinary team efforts as a scientist and senior manager. I have extensive background with evaluation and development of new platforms, program management, product development, analytical methods, process development, transfer to manufacturing and problem solving for therapeutic drugs, IVD diagnostic tests and research reagents. I am responsible for Life Technologies having obtained FDA approval for IVD Class III diagnostics and contributed to Cetus’ IND submission to the FDA. I have worked alongside engineers and bioinformatics developers to co-develop reagents, workflows, assays and instruments for Next Generation Sequencing, microarrays, PCR, sample preparation, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, immunoassays, and small animal optical imaging
