    Dr. Kaplan is a Doctor's Doctor. She is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and Member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery.

    In addition to her many medical fellowships and memberships, Dr. Kaplan has over two dozen scientific publications and has lectured nationally. She is a renowned author, innovator and expert in Laser, Lens Implants, Facial Rejuvenation Procedures and Skin Care. She holds a U.S. Patent for a Lens Implant and has been honored by the Center for Disease Control for her ongoing field work and research.
