Summary

  • I am a board-certified radiation oncologist, and my primary goals are to excel as a clinical researcher and educator. My clinical specializations are in the management of prostate cancer, sarcoma, liver cancers, and ocular cancers, and my technical specialization is in brachytherapy and intraoperative radiation therapy applications. I am working to promote and provide education for brachytherapy techniques. My principal areas of research interest include development and application of advanced brachytherapy techniques and devices for treatment of brain, spine, thoracic, gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, genitourinary, and musculoskeletal malignancies; optimal multidisciplinary management of primary malignancies of the prostate, bones and soft tissues, and of the liver; and image analysis for response assessment and predictive modeling of patient outcomes.
