Summary

• Dr. Nikhil Shah is a specialist in Pediatric Emergency Medicine located in Short Hills, NJ. He completed his residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell at Cohen Children's Medical Center in 2006. He served as an attending physician and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine & Pediatrics at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell until 2013. He then went on to join PM Pediatrics, first as a Medical Director and then as Senior Director of Provider Training, creating and overseeing the clinical training and education of all providers across 90 locations nationwide.
  
  He recently joined Concierge Pediatrics, a direct primary care pediatric practice, where he has assumed a leadership role to expand their service offerings and help the company grow across the NY-NJ area and beyond.
  
  Dr. Shah has several publications, notably on the use of simulation in pediatric training, with his work cited numerous times by other professionals in the field, and on the need for a specialized pediatric resuscitation course tailored to the urgent care setting. He has also authored several textbook chapters related to the field of pediatric emergency medicine. He recently co-developed a Pediatric Urgent Care educational series for EB Medicine.
