• Dr. Oscar Perez is a board certified and licensed physician in both Texas and New Mexico and has been practicing here in the Borderland since 1985. Dr. Perez graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. He then continued his education completing his Psychiatric residency in Baylor college of Medicine. He is a current member of the American Psychiatric Association, Southwest Association of Hispanic American Physicians, and The Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians. He specializes in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry and Substance Abuse. He is qualified to diagnose and treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADD, ADHD, psychosis, ODD, behavioral disorders, alcohol addiction, drug addictions, chemical dependency counseling and any mental health condition.
