Dr. Weber graduated from NYU School of Medicine in 1994. After completing the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, she completed a Hand Fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. She is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery. She has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Weber specializes in brachial plexus and complex nerve injuries and is the only surgeon in the tri-state area participating in a multi-center clinical trial for nerve reconstruction using processed human allografts. She practices in NY and NJ and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Mountainside Hospital and Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center.
