- I am the Chancellor Emeritus of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center based on the home campus in Memphis TN (Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville, Campuses). I remain on the teaching research faculty in Nephrology. I serve on multiple health and hospital boards. I continue to work actively as one of the founding editors of "Uptodate" the online text of Medicine.
