• Dr. Syed Rizvi is Board certified in psychiatry from American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine from American Board of Preventative Medicine and from American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Rizvi finished his residency training in psychiatry from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk Virginia. He served as Medical Director at Gannon Center for Community Mental Health in Dubuque Iowa. Dr. Rizvi also served as a Chief of Psychiatry at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center while working for Sheppard Pratt Health System in Baltimore Maryland. Dr. Rizvi served as an associate professor at West Virginia School of Osteopathy while working at Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick Maryland. He is currently doing private practice in Northern Virginia. He is also a staff psychiatrist at Prince William County CSB and at Sheppard Pratt Hospitals in Maryland.
