Banner Health seeking a BE/BC Physician in either Occupational Medicine, IM, FM, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine or Public Health, for an employed Occupational Medicine position in Northern Colorado, based at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado providing Clinical Occupational Health Services, demonstrating competence in the evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and the performance of specialty examinations provided to patients, employers, and payors associated with Banner Occupational Health Services.

Open to experienced physicians and graduating Occupational Med residents 

Position will include: 

•  Treatment and care of occupational injuries

•  Specialty examinations such as employment physicals, DOT physical exams, executive physical exams, travel exams, return to work exams, and fit for duty exams 

•  General treatment of Banner employees for rapid access general care visits

Required 

•  BC/BE in one of the following: Occupational Medicine, IM, FM, Preventative Medicine or Public Health

•  Experience and ability to treat Occupational Health injuries, and illnesses (laceration treatment and care, general injury care, minor wound care, post-exposure care) 

•  Specialty examinations such as employment physicals, DOT physical exams, executive physical exams, travel exams, return to work exams, and fit for duty exams 

•  DOT Certification

Preferred 

• Level II Certification is Preferred

• Preferred: demonstrated experience in Occupational Medicine
