Position Overview:

• Bread and Butter Orthopedic Surgery with opportunities to tailor your practice to suit your subspecialty interests
• 2 day in clinic and 2 days blocked for OR
• Call Schedule: 1:3, typically light, no trauma
• Physician Assistants (PAs) handle all workers comp cases, allowing you to focus on your core practice

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary and wRVU production structure, offering direct control of your income
• Student loan repayment assistance directly from the hospital up to $200,000 available
• $100,000 signing bonus and $15,000 relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan, malpractice insurance, 4 weeks paid time off, and 2 weeks for CME

Requirements:

• MD/DO degree - Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible with a valid medical license
• Ideal for new graduate physicians - Mentorship and training provided by an established orthopedic surgeon
• Position is not J1 or H1B visa eligible
