The Opportunity

SSM Health Oregon Clinic is actively recruiting a full time (.8-1.0 fte), experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Family Medicine department at our Oregon, WI location. The Family Medicine department currently consists of 3 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners.
