  • Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine physician leader to work in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

    The OB/GYN Department has 25 faculty members and over 140 private attendings across all Gynecological and Obstetrical specialties. There are 5 divisions and an accredited residency program with 7 residents per year and 4 fellowship programs. There are approximately 6500 deliveries per year at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, a large proportion of which are high risk pregnancies. The MFM Division has 7 faculty members and an accredited MFM Fellowship Program.

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with other faculty/attendings to help maintain academic standards of excellence and carry out program’s vision
    • Programmatic provision of MFM care at offsite office (Tarzana)
    • Provide MFM coverage in the Cedars-Sinai Prenatal Diagnosis Center and inpatient coverage of MFM patients, supervision/education of fellows, residents and medical students, and participation in Medical Center/department quality improvement activities
    • While participation in research activities is not a primary expectation for this role collaborative research is available
    • Perform other administrative duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • Board-certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine
    • Able to work cooperatively and collegially in a diverse environment
    • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid, non-restrictive California Medical License
    • Must have a strong commitment to clinical excellence and teaching
    • Must be passionate about your work and be an excellent and engaged educator
