From diagnosis through treatment, our providers offer innovative treatment options with vast expertise in treating many psychiatric disorders. IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking a fellowship trained <strong>Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist </strong>to join our continuously expanding and growing team as the first pediatric provider in the adult group to meet the behavioral health needs of the children and adolescents in our Muncie community. Adding this new specialized provider is the next steps in our evolution to provide comprehensive care to all ages in our community.   

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Open to part-time or full-time work
    • True work-life balance supported by standard outpatient weekday schedule and NO CALL!
    • Open to discussing a hybrid in-person/virtual model
    • 90% outpatient pediatric/adolescent psychiatry with 10% ED pediatric psychiatric consults
    • ECT is available if physician is trained
    • 100% clinical position, opportunities to teach medical students and residents on rotation and/or potential research are available if interested

    Additional Details:

    • Optional: Interest in Medical Directorship (based on experience) or interest/ability to grow into Medical Directorship within 1 to 2 years


    • Completion of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship
    • ABPN BE/BC
    • Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure
    • Visa sponsorship available; H1B and J1
