• Coverage Needed: May 3 through May 9
• May 31 through June 6
• June 28 through July 4
• July 26 through August 1
• Schedule/Hours: 24 hour call coverage - 1 week at a time
• Medical Setting: Inpatient
• Call Requirements: 24 hour
• Volume: 0-8 consults
• Patient Ages: All adult
• Procedures: Neuro
• Support Staff: Yes - APP
• Board Certification Requirements: Board Certified; Board Eligible

• Located 1.5 hours north of San Francisco in Central Sonoma County
