I had to find my own place for preceptorship. Private family clinics re easier to secure. Larger health organization will screen you just like a new hire.

Difficult to find a preceptor, school did not assist in placement, but professors did offer to precept while in the process of placement.

Excellent program with good support and mentors.
Excellent program with good mentors, skilled instructors, and excellent didactic. Instructors were practicing nurse practitioners that shared real life experience and instructed students to optimize postgraduate success. The program has continued to grow and evolve.

In person programs take accountability to find preceptors. I wasn’t stranded or trying to find my own placement. Loved the program. Highly recommend it
