Primary Care Physician by the Beach - $50,000 sign on + licensing fee reimbursement

Job Description: Pacific Central Coast Health Centers is seeking dedicated and experienced Primary Care Providers to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management.
• Conduct thorough medical assessments, perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients to set health goals, educate them about their conditions, and empower them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
• Coordinate care with specialists, allied health professionals, and community resources as needed to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, progress notes, and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review activities, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license in the state of California.
• California DEA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
