This interventional radiology assignment offers weeklong coverage blocks with a strong procedural focus, dedicated APP support, and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care.
Practice & Cases
- Mix of inpatient consults, outpatient clinic visits, and procedural coverage
- Approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient volume
- General interventional radiology procedures including biopsies, kyphoplasty, port placements, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
- Supervise three full-time APPs during daytime coverage
Schedule
- Weeklong coverage blocks available
- Daytime schedule from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Procedural, consultative, and clinic responsibilities
- 24/7 call coverage during assigned blocks
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Active Michigan license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact Letter of Qualification required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology
- ACLS and BLS required
