Anesthesiologist needed at facility near Flagstaff, AZ

Our client is in need of a Physician for 3 Month on-going coverage at their facility near Flagstaff, AZ.

Shift Details: 7AM - 7PM

Available Shifts:

1. May 28-30
2. June 11-13
3. June 15 7a-7p + 7p-7a beeper call
4. June 16 7a-7p + 7p-7a beeper call
5. July 29-Aug 2 (2)
6. Aug 6-8

• Support Staff: CRNAs
• Patients/day - 50 to 60
• Case Mix: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum. Must be comfortable with all ages and currently only work in pain clinics.
