Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed Urology position with an established, physician-driven medical group
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM-5 PM; shared weekend call
• ER call coverage required minimum 7 days/month
• Practice split: 60% outpatient clinic / 40% OR
• Clinical volume: 24 patients/day in clinic; 15-20 surgical cases/week
• Advanced surgical technology on-site, including DaVinci Xi and Aquablation
• Dedicated MAs and clinical support staff
• Team structure: 2 full-time urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN
• Practice site: St. Mary's Hospital, Tucson a DNV-certified Primary Plus Stroke Center with comprehensive bariatric and cardiac capabilities

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Arizona medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
