- Mix of inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology
- 20–25 patients
- Upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, biopsy, and esophageal procedures
- Support includes RNs, a medical assistant, an advanced practice provider, and office staff
Schedule
- Procedures Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and half of Thursday
- Clinic Tuesday and half of Thursday
- Night call every night with a 30-minute response requirement
- 1–2 phone consults and 1–2 patients seen during call, with no admissions
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years in Gastroenterology
- Active Virginia medical license required
