UVA Community Health Medical Group is seeking a General Urologist to join and help grow a robust community-based urology program serving Manassas, Haymarket, and Warrenton. This opportunity is designed for a physician who values broad-scope urology practice, strong community relationships, and the ability to shape local urologic services.
The position is focused on delivering accessible, high-quality urologic care close to home, meeting strong and increasing demand across these growing communities.
- Established community urology presence with plans for continued expansion

Practice & Team Environment:
- Existing general urology coverage with access to subspecialty consultation as needed

The base compensation range for this role is $467,680 - $662,086 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
