Join a well-established GI practice in Northern Alabama where you’ll step into a stable, growth-oriented role with strong procedural volume and a supportive clinical team. Practice Details

  • Join two GI physicians with a dedicated NP managing new consults
  • Broad case mix including colonoscopy, EGD, hemorrhoid management, and optional ERCP
  • On-site ASC with two GI suites plus hospital OR with dedicated GI rooms and block time
  • Hospitalist service covers ED/inpatient consults Monday–Thursday

Schedule

  • 4.5-day workweek with 3.5 procedural days built in
  • Clinic operates Monday–Thursday; average 20–24 clinic patients/day
  • NP sees ~15 patients/day to support flow and follow-up
  • Call is 1:4 with low night volume; clinic, lab, and imaging all on-site

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary of $700,000 for three years with additional wRVU bonuses
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance included
  • 200 PTO hours annually, plus CME time and allowance
  • Full benefits package, malpractice with tail after one year, retirement match, and loan support

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • ERCP preferred but not required
  • Open to fellows, new grads, and experienced GI physicians
  • J1 and H1B visa candidates welcome
