Practice Overview

• Join two experienced gastroenterologists supported by a dedicated nurse practitioner handling new consults
• Broad GI case mix including colonoscopy, EGD, hemorrhoid management, and optional ERCP
• On-site ambulatory surgery center with two GI suites
• Hospital OR with dedicated GI rooms and block time
• Hospitalist service manages ED and inpatient consults Monday through Thursday

### Schedule

• Four and a half-day workweek with approximately three and a half procedural days
• The clinic operates Monday through Thursday
• Average clinic volume of 20 to 24 patients per day
• NP support seeing approximately 15 patients daily for follow-up and flow
• Call rotation of 1:4 with low overnight volume

### Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary of $700,000 for three years, with additional wRVU bonus potential
• $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
• 200 hours of paid time off annually, plus CME time and allowance
• Comprehensive benefits, including retirement match and loan support
• Malpractice coverage with tail provided after one year

### Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• ERCP experience welcomed but not required
