Practice Setting

• New Medical Oncology program within a large hospital system
• Primarily outpatient clinic care with some inpatient rounding and consults
• Collaborative care model supported by an experienced APP
• Multidisciplinary cancer team environment

Schedule

• Monday to Friday only; 20 shifts/month
• 7:30 a.m. start; expect up to 12-hour shifts
• PRN medical oncologist also on-site one week/month

Cases and Procedures

• Direct patient care including consults, admissions, and follow-ups
• Inpatient rounding in collaboration with APP
• Focused on adult oncology patients
• Integration with a multidisciplinary oncology care team

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology (within 5 years)
• Active Illinois license, ACLS, and CSR required
• Must be able to cover at least 12 shifts/month
