Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) , a service of Dignity Health, is seeking a Psychiatrist to join a busy practice in Santa Maria, CA. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced provider to join an established regional medical center and provide support to the busiest community in Santa Barbara County.

Marian Regional Medical Center (MRMC - a 192 licensed beds) and Arroyo Grande Community Hospital (AGCH - 64 licensed beds) is partnered with Pacific Central Coast Health Centers which is comprised of fifty health centers over four different counties including 23 specialities and several urgent care clinics.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation inclusive of a base guaranteed salary and productivity incentives alongside a comprehensive benefit package including: four weeks of paid, unscheduled time off in a 12 month period, five days of paid, sick leave, 5 days of CME, and 6 holidays. $3000 educational funds annually, retirement, paid malpractice (with tail coverage), and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Job Details:
- Competitive Compensation package
- Full Time employment preferred (part time may be considered)
- Patients ages 18 and older ONLY, all pediatrics are seen by the County of Santa Barbara, Behavioral Wellness staff
- Flexible schedule split between outpatient and inpatient
- Join team of 1 Psychiatrist, 1 Physician Assistant, 2 Licensed Psychiatric Technicians
- EHR: Cerner
- Assessment/evaluation of psychiatric illnesses
- Develop treatment plan/intervention
- Medication Management
- Enter orders for tests, medications, therapies, etc.
- Discharge planning / outpatient follow up care
Requirements:
- CA Medical license
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Guaranteed base salary inclusive of performance incentives, $50,000 Sign On Bonus $20,000 Relocation Assistnace $3,000 CME Annual Allowance
