StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a highly respected value-based primary care organization to recruit an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in Aurora, Colorado. This outpatient opportunity offers a senior-focused patient population, strong interdisciplinary support, academic teaching opportunities, and the ability to practice medicine with clinical autonomy in a team-based care environment.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• Minimum three years of experience in senior care, primary care, or post-acute care preferred
• Outpatient-only practice focused on value-based, senior-centered care
• Collaborate with APPs, RN care coordinators, social workers, and behavioral health professionals
• Opportunity to supervise advanced practice providers
• Ideal candidates will have experience managing complex patient populations and quality-based outcomes
• Familiarity with value-based care, risk adjustment, and senior-heavy patient panels preferred
