We are seeking a Primary Care Provider with 4+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves annual physicals, problem-based visits, travel medicine, referrals to specialists, short-term disability management, and Rx management.
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday; 8a-5p
Key Features:
- On-site lab with Quest processing and POC testing
- Support staff: Medical Assistants and Admin team
- Integrated services: PT, chiropractic, care management, and behavioral health
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of primary care experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Board certification required

- Epic
