Mon - Friday flexible hours with 1 day telecommute.
This is not a heavy load. No billing or charting. Completing referrals to AOT and phone intakes. Provide assessments and file court documentation.
A. Outreach and support AOT
AOT has its own clients.
Provide leadership for 2 clinicians and 2 outreach staff.
B. Data and system training with minimal outreach.
Working with the 51-50 population and city staff.
Occasional outreach and filing for conservatorship.
Provide leadership to 1 clinician, an HP coordinator and analyst.
