Compensation Details
$520-550k
* $521,723 Annual Shift-based Compensation - with lucrative additional earning potential. * $75,000 Sign on/Commencement Bonus * $15,000 Quality Performance Incentive * 1:15 first call with post-call days always off. * Hybrid model with 1:3 supervision and own cases * Daily Board Runner to manage operations, scheduling, and OB. * Daily Float CRNA for anesthesia emergencies, breaks, and lunches. * Comprehensive Benefits Package including medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, and retirement plans with matching contributions. * PSLF Eligible, non-profit. * Fully integrated EHR – Epic.
