3. Medical City Alliance Surgery Center
4. Medical City North Hills
5. Medical City Alliance

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Start Date: ASAP following credentialing (targeting late October) Shift: 4x10s, 40 hours per week. Full-time needed Call/Weekend: No call, no weekends Travel & Expenses: Case-by-case - please be specific on needs and place caps where applicable

• General Surgery
• Spine
• Orthopedic
• Gyn
• Colorectal
• Bariatric
• GI
• ENT
• Urology
• Healthy Peds (Dental rehab, ENT, Ophthalmology)
• No Hearts, No OB
• Preferred candidates can do healthy peds cases (dental rehab, ENT, ophthalmology)

EMR:

• Paper charting at HCA facilities
• Cerner at Baylor Trophy

Supervision Model: Opportunities to supervise 2–4 CRNAs
