Your Role

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans
• Focus on preventive care and long-term health maintenance
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment options
• Coordinate care with specialists and other providers
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

What We’re Looking For

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Florida medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Interest in caring for an adult/senior patient population

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $250,000 – $280,000 (DOE)
• Productivity bonus up to $100,000
