Family Practice / Urgent Care – Locums – $150/hour Location: Florence, Oregon

Highlights

• Schedule: 4x10s (three days off weekly)
• Duration: 6 months, option to extend
• Setting: Outpatient clinic, EPIC EMR
• Volume: 20–24 patients per day, all ages
• Support: Team environment, not solo coverage
• Start: ASAP, ideally October 6

Requirements

• Active Oregon license
• BLS and ACLS
• EPIC proficiency
