Locums CNM needed in California

Location: California (1hr and 20min outside San Francisco)

Specialty Needed: Certified Nurse Midwife

Scope of Coverage Needed: Clinic coverage and 24 hr in-house call

​

Shift Times: 

2 8hr clinic days/week, and 1 24 hr shift/week

Specific Dates of Need: Starting Sept timeframe for 6ish months

Required Procedures/Cases Details:  

Do need 1st assist

20 PPD in clinic

Higher risk patient population, but CNM's mostly do low risk or collab with MD on higher risk

Averaging 150 deliveries/month

Required Certifications: 

BLC and ACLS required

Fetal Monitoring preferred, not required

Hospital/Practice Information: 

EMR System: Cerner

152 Beds, 12 L&D beds, Level II trauma center

Level III NICU, 25 NICU beds

Support Staff: OB/GYN Physician in house 24/7, MFM on consult from UC Davis, attending fellows, Gen surg and Anes teams in house

Credentialing requirements and timeframe:

60-90 days to cred
